Why physical

A digital team can read your inbox. It can't sort your mail.

The cheapest way to free up a person's day is often a 30cm cobot arm with a suction cup, not a fancier model. We've spent two decades shipping mission-critical hardware — we'd rather give you the right tool for the actual task than the fashionable one.

Physical team members run on the same operating cadence as your digital ones. Same coach, same safety rails, same Slack channel. They have names. They go on the org chart.
